Shipping & Returns


Wallpaper Antics products can be shipped anywhere within Australia. As we source our designer products from around the globe, all our products are shipped directly from country of origin, or authorised Australian distributers.

The majority of our wallpapers and wallpaper murals are made to order. This means there can be up to 3-4 weeks lead time, followed by the standard shipping time from destination to destination.

Each product page will have the lead time listed.

If there are any issues with your order we will always contact you immediately. Please ensure your contact phone number and email is accurate.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please ensure you give your full delivery address at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

As an Australian Retailer you are protected by Australian Consumer Law and as such all products sold to you by Wallpaper Antics must be fit for sale.

You are guaranteed that the goods you purchase from Wallpaper Antics:

  • will be of acceptable quality
  • will be fit for a particular purpose
  • will match their description
  • will match the sample or demonstration model

You are legally entitled to an exchange or refund if your product does not meet these standards.

If the wallpaper arrives faulty or damaged, notification must be received within two weeks of delivery. If a fault is detected, we may require photographic evidence of the fault or require physical proof. It is the customers responsibility to confirm the shipment arrived intact and complete.

We will take no responsibility if the installer continues to hang the faulty wallpaper and we are not liable for installation costs.

In the case of an exchange or refund in relation to the above points, we may request you send the goods directly to the manufacturer or distributor for speedier service.

You are responsible for returning the product and associated costs. If upon inspection, the product is deemed to be faulty, the return delivery fee will be refunded to you.

Please note, due to the unique nature of our products and many of our wallpaper and wallpaper murals being made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of product if:

  • you have a change of mind
  • decide you do not like it
  • ordered extra product and have no use for it
  • damage or use product in an unreasonable or unintended manner

No cancellations, refunds or exchanges shall be accepted on placed orders after receipt of payment.

While we have made every effort to accurately portray the colours of all wallpapers on our site, the actual colour may vary slightly. Please bear in mind that the light in your room may also affect the overall look. Colour variances may occur between print batches as this is the nature of printing on wallpaper. Wallpaper Antics cannot be held liable for variances in colour from one print run to another. We strongly recommend ordering a wallpaper sample before making your final purchase as orders placed without viewing samples in advance are done so at your own risk.


We will not accept liability for any defect or claim that is greater than the value of the purchase. Claims are not liable after the wallpaper has been cut, hung, or any other treatment has been applied to the wallpaper.

Wallpaper Antics will not accept any responsibility for the wallpaper being incorrectly hung, or for installers who continue to hang faulty products.
